From Classrooms to Paperwork: The Changing Face of Teaching for Private Technical Institutions
Introduction Faculty members in private universities throughout India are seeing major changes in academic life. Lecturers are ironically finding themselves in a situation where they must choose between different kinds of work as they face the administration, which demands more of their time, a research push that constantly needs fresh publications, increasing student mentoring activities, and, on top of all these, social media requirements. This changing environment disputes the traditional figure of faculty members in universities and opens new sides of their personalities.
